Palintology.com has been a side hobby of mine since Sarah announced she was running for governor of Alaska. I got to know Sarah while interning on the Bob & Mark Morning Show where she was a frequent guest and visitor and quickly recognized her as a person of intelligence and integrity very much unlike many other public officials and politicians I had met.

It wasn’t hard to see that Sarah was destined for greatness (no, really, we all knew it). I told her I thought so and asked that she call me when she decided to make her next move. She had just finished 2 terms as mayor of Wasilla and was starting as Oil & Gas Commissioner for the state of Alaska.

Some months later when Sarah resigned the position because of ethics & corruption in the O&G department that went unaddressed despite her very vocal concerns, she called and invited me to her home for a press conference where she announced she was running for governor and asked if I would help with her website.

I worked on her campaign website for some months before my own business was growing and demanding my attention and I no longer had the time to volunteer. I did keep this blog though and have followed her ever since.
