Chronicling Sarah

May 21, 2008

The Press has this review of Kaylene Johnson’s book, “Sarah”. I too would have enjoyed a little more into Sarah’s religious beliefs and how they affect her day to day life. Read the review here.

Don Young Will Crush You.

April 30, 2008

Crushed

Newsminer.com:
“He was very angry, very animated at the governor, and he basically told me, he held out his hand and said, ‘She’s like a crystalline figure in my hands and I’m going to crush her,’ and he basically said I’m going to do the same thing to you,” Parnell told the editorial board.

Lt. Gov Parnell to take run at Young

March 15, 2008

Sean Parnell announced at the republican convention that he will be running against Don Young for Congress this election season and I say yay!

ADN:

“In an Alaska political shocker, Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell announced Friday before a crowd at the Republican Party convention that he is challenging embattled U.S. Rep. Don Young in the August Republican primary. “I just think it’s about restoring trust to government,” Parnell said. Young, attending the convention, had a quick response: Bring it on. Governor’s son stationed at Fort Wainwright

February 8, 2008

Track Palin is reported to be stationed at Ft. Wainwright in Fairbanks, which is nice. Over at the ADN blog lots of tongues are wagging about possible influence in the placement, etc. That’s rather ridiculous considering soldiers are asked to give a list of preferred assignments. There are no guarantee’s of course, but I’ve never heard of a waiting list to be stationed in Alaska.
